Contest Description:
Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to enter the Lottery's Fun to Give. Fun to Get. website promotion for a chance to win a Fun to Give. Fun to Get. prize package that will include an insulated stainless steel water bottle, tech bag, koozie and $15 worth of Lottery holiday scratch-offs for them AND for a designated friend who is also a Louisiana resident at least 21 years of age.
How to enter:
Beginning Monday, Nov. 30, eligible participants are invited to enter the promotion on the Lottery's holiday campaign landing page. With their information, the entrant will also include the information for a friend who they would be most likely to gift scratch-off tickets.
Entries may be submitted electronically via the Lottery's website promotional form before 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 13 to submit an entry for the promotion.
Prizes:
Winners will receive a Louisiana Lottery Fun to Give. Fun to Get. prize package consisting of an insulated stainless steel water bottle, tech bag, koozie and $15 worth of Lottery holiday scratch-offs. The same prize pack will also be sent to the friend they designate in their entry!
Prizes have no cash value. In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery's sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification:
Ten (10) winners will be randomly chosen from the field of eligible entries by 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 14 to receive a prize package for them and a friend for a total of 20 prize packages to be awarded.
Once the winners have been chosen, they will via the email and/or phone number provided with their entry. The winners have one week after any form of attempted communication by the Lottery to verify their eligibility status or their prize will be forfeited; the Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in those cases.

Publicity:
Entrants grant permission to the Lottery to have their name and social media handle included in the Lottery's and publicity efforts. Entrants also agree to be recognized publicly on the Lottery's social media sites.
Eligibility:
This promotion is open to Louisiana residents at least 21 years of age. Residency and age will be verified. In addition, the winners friend provided as part their entry must also be a Louisiana resident who is at least 21 years of aga. The following individuals are excluded from participating in Louisiana Lottery promotions:
- Any member of the Board of Directors, officer or employee of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation.
- Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any Louisiana Lottery employee, officer or member of the Board of Directors.
- Any employee of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2020 calendar year. This includes but is not limited to advertising agencies, gaming system vendors, printers, auditors, promotional product suppliers, etc.
- Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2020 calendar year.
Any person who falls into one of the categories listed above or who does not meet the age and residency requirements will be deemed ineligible to participate.
Acknowledgments:
All contest entrants agree to comply with these rules and accept the Lottery's interpretation of them in executing the contest.
In addition, entrants agree to participate in the Lottery's publicity efforts in conjunction with this contest, including but not limited to photo publication, press releases, interviews and media coverage.
Entrants also acknowledge that in matters of administering the contest, the decisions of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation are binding and final.
Entrants acknowledge that other costs including transportation to the event, food, drink and lodging that the winner and his/her guest require to participate are the sole responsibility of the winner.
